SR ISOBOND 7200 HTG

Product description:

High-performance, gel-textured, multi-purpose epoxy adhesive with improved temperature resistance for thin-layer bonding, lamination and tapered joints.

Developed specifically to resist the propagation of microcracks (G1C) and featuring a high maximum elongation at break. High-performance system for parts subject to intense fatigue.

Cures at room temperature.

Resins and hardeners are different colours allowing a visual check and guaranteed homogeneity during mixing. In addition, each hardener has its own colour shade for easy identification.

SD 7103

Slow hardener.

Shade: red (mixed shades: violet)
Maximum vertical hold: 1 to 2 cm depending on temperature.

Mix ratio 2/1 by volume.
Tg max = 71 °C.

SD 7105

Standard hardener.

Shade: yellow/orange (blend shade: blue)
Maximum vertical hold: 1 to 2 cm depending on temperature.

Mix ratio 2/1 by volume.
Tg max = 80 °C.

SD 7106

Fast hardener.

Color: black (blend color: black)
Maximum vertical hold: 1 to 2 cm depending on temperature.

Mix ratio 100/40 by weight and 2/1 by volume.
Tg max = 72 °C.
