Bleedex

The Bleedex is a polyamide layer bonded with polyester. It is used in the implementation of the vacuum process (laminating, bonding of core, and compacting pre pregs).

Its characteristics allow during the implementation of the vacuum process, an excellent drainage over the entire surface of the parts even when its saturated with resin

Feltrex HD 150

The FELTREX HD is a polyester felt made with light filaments, it is used during the implementation of the vacuum process (vacuum laminating, infusion, core laminating, compaction of the pre pregs), it is abundant, wooly and hardly compressible.

Its characteristics will allow, during the implementation of the vacuum process, an excellent drainage / breather over the entire area of the piece/part. Perfectly adapted for vacuum process system of light weight fabrics like glass, carbon…

Perforex S2 P31

The film « Perforex "S2" » is a perforated release film designed for use in resin infusion processing of advanced composite structure and also vacuum process. The film is hot needle perforated to ensure even resin saturation is achieved throughout the laminate.

It is compatible for use with a wide range of epoxy, polyester and vinylester resin systems. However we recommend small scale trials prior to committing to large infusion mouldings

Tarpaulin tube PE

The Bache Tube is a film for the vacuum process (tubular) made of polyethylene (LDPE). This film has been conceived for vacuum moulding (infusion) for polyester, vinylester and epoxy parts.

The Bache Tube has a good mechanical and chemical resistance. It can be used with vinylester, polyester and epoxy resin.

Nylex S2 70µ

Nylex S2 is a tough, puncture resistant co-extrusion of polyethylene and nylon based resins which is designed for use in production of polyester/vinylester and epoxy resin infused components for the wind energy, marine and general composite industries.

Nylex S2 is particularly interesting due to its limited sensitivity to low humidity levels which are often problematic to predominantly nylon based films as the lack of moisture can reduce flexibility. This ensures consistent year-long performance in all workshop environments.

Peeltex Rouge

The Peeltex Rouge is a peel ply in Nylon (Polyamide fibers PA66)
The Peeltex Rouge is used during the implementation of the vacuum process ( infusion,pre preg)
It can also be used on Hand lay up.
