From the outset, SICOMIN has been active in the sports and leisure sector, particularly in water sports such as surfing and windsurfing. Over the years, we have established a wide range of epoxy systems offering remarkable properties, such as exceptional mechanical performance and fatigue resistance. Our epoxy systems can be adapted to various processing methods (hot press moulding, RTM light, infusion, etc.) and are used by the leading designers and manufacturers of sports and leisure equipment.

SICOMIN has been a pioneer in the formulation of bio-sourced epoxy systems and the current explosion in demand for products with a reduced environmental footprint confirms that our strategic choices were the right ones. More than half of our resins currently produced are now made from bio-sourced raw materials.
