Product description:
High-performance, gel-textured epoxy adhesive for thin-layer bonding and re-bonding of composite parts. Developed specifically to resist the propagation of microcracks (G1C) and featuring a high maximum elongation at break. High-performance system for parts subjected to intense fatigue work.

Resin and hardeners in different shades provide a visual indicator of homogeneity during mixing. What’s more, each hardener is available in its own shade.

Slow hardener.
Shade: red (mixed shades: violet)
Maximum vertical hold: 3 to 5 mm depending on temperature.
Mix ratio 2/1 by volume.
Tg max = 51 °C.
SD 7105
Standard hardener.
Shade: yellow/orange (blend shade: blue)
Maximum vertical hold: 3 to 5 mm depending on temperature.
Mix ratio 2/1 by volume.
Tg max = 58 °C.
SD 7106
Fast hardener.
Color: black (blend color: black)
Maximum vertical hold: 3 to 5 mm depending on temperature.
