Stitched multiaxial
Multiaxial reinforcements are manufactured by superimposing layers whose orientations are optimized according to the forces applied to the part. These different orientations are maintained by a stitching thread.
The range is available in the following directions: 0°/+45°/-45°/90°, but it is also possible to configure your reinforcement for specific orientations. SICOMIN offers multiaxial fabric weights ranging from 250 to 4000 gr/m².
Glass
SICOMIN “E-glass” fabrics can be used to produce structural composite parts. A wide range of weights and constructions make them suitable for laminating, vacuum and infusion processes.

The construction of hybrid fabrics based on linen and glass fibers was initiated by the needs of the shipbuilding industry. This combination offers an excellent compromise between brewing capacity, mechanical values and cost. These fabrics are multi-compatible with polyester, vinylester and epoxy.
