Product description:
SG 166 GM tooling gel-coat is used to produce composite molds for small and medium production runs requiring high-temperature resistance (130°C in service).
It is very easy to apply with a brush, quick to tack-off, very tolerant of workshop conditions and the possibility of delayed lamination (without shrinkage).
SG 166 GM polymerizes at room temperature. Substrate temperature must be between 20°C and 50°C and humidity less than 70%.
We recommend applying the product in the mold as a layer of 300 to 500 g/m² depending on the application.
